User account creation template

Need us to create a LEAP account?

LEAP accounts are created automatically for substantive staff as part of the onboarding process.

However, if you need an account for a non-substantive member of staff then we need you to populate the user-upload template with the required information in full, so we can; 1) Create their account, 2) Assign them to the correct training, and 3) Give them the right permissions.
