Classroom cancellation requests

Users can cancel their own bookings by navigating back to the course inside LEAP where they signed up where they will now see a Cancel Booking option providing they are within the cancellation window. Cancellation requests outside the allowable window are usually forwarded to the course administrator to decide how to handle this request as it may incur a DNA charge.
